Adam Thom is a director and photographer whose work across film, editorial, and commercial spaces is driven by a focus on people. Moving away from superficial trends, he cuts through stylistic noise to highlight the character, presence, and authentic connection of the subjects in front of his lens.

Adam’s experience spans work with elite athletes, world-class performers, and major brands. His directing and photography credits include projects featuring high-profile sports figures like Roy Jones Jr., Floyd Mayweather Sr., and Stanley Cup champion Kris Versteeg, as well as sports coverage for the WHL and the Lethbridge Hurricanes. On the commercial and editorial side, he has worked with global music artist Sia (via Goodwork/Asta Studios), narrative and documentary programming for Telus Originals and Telus Storyhive, as well as directing visual campaigns, branded films, and creative strategy for Ebony & Ivory Candle Co., DROP Structures, and Martin Brothers Funeral Services, The Caring Group, the ALS Society of Alberta, and many more.

At the core of his work is a simple, grounded commitment: putting people first. Adam believes that when you prioritize human truth and tell stories authentically, it has the power to genuinely move people and shape culture. By building a space where subjects can be truly seen, he crafts work that connects deeply and leaves a lasting impact.

01. Integration Session

Every partnership starts with a Deep Integration Session. This is a high-level diagnostic meeting where we identify the friction between your operations, excellence and your current market perception. We analyze your brand landscape, your audience's pain points, and the "silence" in your current messaging.

02. System Design

Once the strategy is resolved, we move into execution. We develop the visual and verbal infrastructure—brand systems, internal communications, or narrative scripts—designed to act as an operational asset for your business. We don't just deliver a "look"; we implement a scalable system.

03. Implementation & Evolution

Design transitions are a critical event. We ensure that the new systems are integrated into your team's workflow and external touchpoints. We provide the tools and refinements necessary for your organization to lead with persistent, quiet authority.

Design by people, for people.

Good design is good communications.

This philosophy is not limited by medium; it is a discipline applied to every touchpoint where your message meets its audience. Whether it is a comprehensive brand identity, a high-stakes campaign, or the internal communications that align your team, the objective remains the same: the removal of friction.
